Gotta keep this brief as I know your time is valuable. Being stuck inside all day is no way to relax. That’s why I’m always pushin’ these bodyweight circuits – simple, effective moves you can knock out right in your living room.
Don’t give me any of that “who’s got time” noise either. We all got 30 minutes somewhere in our day. You’re telling me you can’t spare a half hour to melt away stress better than any meditation app or yoga video out there? Push yourself hard for a few rounds and you’ll be feeling the endorphins flooding in before you know it. A little physical and mental exhaustion is just what the doctor ordered when you’re feeling wound up tight.
I’m talkin’ your standard pushups, squats, crunches – mix it up how you like. Go slow and focus on form, or pump out reps fast to get that heart rate up. Do a couple circuits back to back if ya really wanna zap some tension. Within a week you’ll be sleeping like a baby. Bonus is you’ll have guns for days too!

Some of ya may be sayin’ “but Coach Dan, gym memberships are so expensive”. Save your cash – you don’t need any fancy equipment or classes. Just clear a space at home and get pushin’, squattin’, and crunchin’! This full body circuit hits all the major muscle groups so you’ll feel challenged from head to toe.
