Five-minute meditation tracks are cute and all, but sometimes you need to actually zone out for more than a commercial break. So here are two proper sessions – 45 minutes each – designed to give your overworked brain an actual break.
Riverside Healing – Handpan Percussion (43:30)
Handpan percussion with riverside visuals. That’s it. No guided meditation telling you how to breathe like you forgot how. No new-age nonsense about your chakras aligning with Neptune or whatever.
Just 43 minutes of hypnotic rhythms with water flowing in the background. Ten tracks that blend together so you’re not jolted awake every three minutes by a new song starting.
Use it for meditation if that’s your thing. Use it for background while you work. Use it to drown out your annoying neighbor. I don’t care – just use it.
Ripples in the Stillness – Ambient Water Sounds (45:00)
This one’s even simpler. Atmospheric water sounds, distant chants, soft flutes. The kind of background music that actually stays in the background instead of demanding your attention.
Perfect for zen sessions, sleep, studying, or just having something peaceful on while you stare at the ceiling wondering where your life went wrong. (We’ve all been there.)
The Technical Stuff
Both sessions use AI-generated music from Suno AI. The handpan one I mixed in DaVinci Resolve – still learning that beast. The ambient water one I mastered with Vizzy. I curated everything, arranged the tracks, made sure the flow worked.
Are these tools doing the heavy lifting? Sure. But somebody’s gotta have taste, and that somebody is me.
Just Hit Play
Stop overthinking it. Pick whichever vibe speaks to you, hit play, and let your brain take a vacation for 45 minutes. You’ve earned it, champ.
Subscribe to the channel if you want more of this. Or don’t. I’m not your boss.
